The 2023 General Election Commission (KPU) is a work program from the HIPER (French language education study program students association) FBSB UNY Cadre Department which aims to prepare, supervise and carry out activities for the election of Candidates for Chair of the 2024 French Student Association which aims to elect Candidates for Chair of the 2024 French Student Association. The theme of the 2023 KPU is "Leader Gemilang as a Transfiguration Agent for Gen Z" which means a series of in-depth events designed specifically for HIPER 2024 Chair Candidates for the French Language Education Department with the hope that 2024 HIPER Chair Candidates can find hope in becoming good role models for Gen Z. The 2023 KPU is holding a series of events , namely ratification of the Decree (SK), Taking Serial Numbers of Candidates for Chair of the 2024 French Student Association on December 4 2023, Debate for Candidates for Chair of the 2024 French Student Association on December 8 2023, and the peak of the Student Election (PEMILWA) event on December 13 2023 located at the Faculty of Language, Arts and Culture, Yogyakarta State University.
